We charge you a flat fee. We take no money from hospitals, clinics, or pharmaceutical companies. That is deliberate: a facilitator paid by commission earns more when you spend more. We would rather you spend less and come back.
What we do not do
- We do not give medical advice or recommend treatments.
- We do not book hospital appointments as your agent.
- We do not handle your medical payments.
- We do not guarantee outcomes, wait times, or access to any particular doctor.

Payment: 50% to begin, 50% on delivery. Refund: full refund if we have not started; no refund once a draft has been delivered. Quote valid 14 days.
Medical Record Translation — from USD 75
Chinese to English, medical-grade. Per page, minimum 2 pages.
Translation is done by medical translators, not general translators, and is reviewed before delivery. Numbers, units, dates and dosages are checked against the original.
Imaging reports are translated at no extra charge. We do not interpret images. We do not provide a second opinion on your diagnosis.

How it works
- You send us your situation. A short description, plus any records you already have. No need for everything up front.
- We tell you if it is a fit. Often it is not — sometimes the honest answer is that you should not travel. We say so before you pay.
- You confirm and pay 50%. We start work.
- You get a draft. One round of revisions included.
- Delivery and final payment.
- 30-day check-in. Did the plan work? What did we get wrong?
